For landings use Standard approach. If it doesn’t work, you can always go around.

Same applies to your project: If anything does not work as planned, don’t launch and go around another day.

Like in the cockpit, let every member call out the go around independent of hierarchy. Don’t launch on pressure – follow your experience and allow a culture of common decision and view on case of critical situations.

Don´t accept “You have to” as answer of the boss, if you feel that you crash the project!!
